SUBJECT: ASSISTANCE ON WAQF REVOCATION.
A FATHER HAS GIVEN ALL HIS PROPERTIES TO WAQF ON THE INTENTION OF NOT GIVING INHERITANCE TO HIS CHILDREN FROM HIS FIRST MARRIAGE. HE HAS MARRIED TWICE AND HIS FIRST WIFE IS STILL HIS WIFE LEGALLY.
